Because the AR spits bullets out faster than the TAC giving a better chance to hit. The AR can still kill quickly until you get out of it's range and into the TACs range but at that point their are better weapons.

Edit: Why do people change their titles and posts to something entirely different, is it supposed to be funny? It's what you do to kill a thread quickly. Change the title to something people wouldn't want to click on. Simple tactics...
Makes sense I suppose but then you got the people that see the number of replies and then they can see the original post when they hover over the title out of curiosity.
The question now is why would you want to kill this thread? What are you hiding? We'll get to the bottom of this conspiracy.
